Are there any allergens?
Our products are free from gluten, dairy, soy, whey, GMOs, and added sugars. We chose ingredients that wouldn't irritate your gut or cause bloating.
Shellfish Allergy: if you have a shellfish allergy, you could be allergic to cricket protein. Our products are produced in a shared facility that may handle these ingredients. Our partners take all precautions to ensure quality and safety.

Is your protein vegan or vegetarian?
Short answer, no. But we’ve found that most of our customers who identify as vegetarian and even vegan don’t mind! This is because crickets are good for the planet and are raised ethically. They are also fed a completely vegan gluten-free, and certified organic diet. Stay tuned for a vegan friendly version coming soon!
How do you recycle the packets?
There are drop off points at over 18,000 retailers throughout North America! These spots are places you already shop including Walmart, Sprouts, and Lowe's. Use this link to find the option nearest you! If you are having trouble, let us know and we will send you a packet so you can send them to us and we will make sure it's recycled!
What does it taste like?
Our protein powders come in two naturally delicious flavors (Chocolate and Vanilla) with smooth textures. Light and refreshing, never overly sweet or chalky.
What does cricket protein taste like?
Cricket protein is almost flavorless. With a plain nutty flavor which most closely resembles an almond or hazelnut.
We’ve paired it with coconut milk, flaxseed, cocoa powder and pink Himalayan salt for a delicious and healthy boost to any drink or snack.

To cancel your subscription, just log in to your account and adjust! Under the tab, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a Cancel button. If you need help, text us!

How do I update my subscription address information?
Log in, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address- if you have questions, text us!
Can I edit the products in my subscription?
Yes! Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date. You can also select Swap and select the replacement product.
