Matcha Hippy Mint Chip

1/2 cup hemp milk or nut milk of choice

1 tsp matcha powder,

1/2 a cup of spinach,

1/2 banana (or 1/2 avocado),

1/4 coconut meat,

1/4 tsp mint extract (or a handful of fresh mint),

2 tbsp cacao nibs,

Top with cacao nibs + hemp seeds
