I have been using msm every day got about 6 months and it has helped me soooo much! I absolutely love this product and tell my friends about it all the time. I have chronic muscle pain and no supplement I have tried in the past works as well as this one. I used to have to push through pain some days because I dont like the idea of takin pain meds every day but now most of of the pain I used to experience is gone. I dont get sore easily anymore even after a workout. If I do get sore its definitely tolerable. This product has significantly improved my pain levels and im so grateful I found it online. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for relief. It will definitely give you your life back!
Started using MSM about 3 weeks ago. This product has helped with my RA tremendously! Im traveling soon and trying to think of a safe way to travel with it in my carry-on bag without getting stopped at TSA...LOL
I’ve only been using this for about a month, and I’m already really impressed. I simply toss the powder in my mouth and chase it with water—quick and easy. The powder mixes fine too, but this method works best for me.

After seeing a friends instagram post about MSM, I decided to try the product. After the 2nd week I started seeing some slight changes in my mood. Week 3 noticed my hair was not falling out as much and week 4 I noticed my weight had dropped, even though it’s not a weight loss supplement. I think because of the way it helped me with not being as tired and better moods helped me to stop eating out of depression or anxiety and ended up helping my weight start to come off. I will say I made the mistake and did a full scoop in the morning and evening and started having body aches and feeling like I was getting the flu. I found out I was overdoing my dosage. I immediately reduced it back to 1/2 scoop twice daily and felt much better.
I can truly tell a big difference in my body and especially my gut health!!!! The IBS is no where near as bad. So, I am thrilled with the product and the customer care I’ve received.
I know that I have inflammation in my body and I also has weird symptom on my chest that my doctor said that it was fine. I have been struggling for years and don't know what to do with it. amazing product! I started using it more for the cellular inflammation hair and nails, but what I got was so much more. I virtually have no pain in my body no achy joints or stiffness. For that reason I put my husband on it and he has had the same result after about two weeks. And the Customer Service service is top-notch.
I'm not sure - how do I know? I take it every day, twice a day, but I also take peptides and Protein Aminos. I haven't had breakouts or havent felt inflamed in a while, so I want to say it's contributing to my overall health.
This stuff is the real deal. I was “influenced” to buy this but this time it didn’t disappoint. Even my husband is taking now and although it tastes awful, it’s worth taking it everyday. I have used MSM in the past had stopped for some reason and then forgot about it until recently having it pop up in my field. I knew the research of Dr. Stephanie Seneff and remembered how essential sulfur is for many things. So I ordered this product and have used it for probably 3 weeks now. My right knee that was giving me a hard time has stopped hurting. Period. I’m just amazed at how quickly and profoundly it’s helped with inflammation and pain. I’m now going to get my 84 year old Mom to take MSM as soon as possible.
