First let me start by saying this, when I first started taking this supplement I didn't expect it to become such an essential and necessary part of my life! I wanted to feel better physically mentally emotionally but I had no idea how significantly this MSM would impact my life. I started taking it because of serious joint pain. The past year I was a delivery driver for Amazon and when I tell you that job is physically emotionally mentally and psychologically demanding, that's an understatement. This product makes me feel elated. I have so much energy every day while my pain isn't completely gone the two times that I've had to go without this product for several weeks. I was in such a horrible way. I could barely move. No energy and the pain in my whole body, I even had to go get steroid injections for my shoulder! I didn't even know it was gonna make my hair grow insanely fast! And when I say fast, I mean it's mind blowing!!! And my skin and nails!!' I really think it works but wish you had recommendations on how to take it to mask the taste. I used orange juice initially but I think the amt of orange juice I’m consuming is unhealthy.

• Warm-water shot:
Dissolve your scoop in 1–2 oz of warm water, take it quickly, then follow with water, coffee, or juice. Channel your inner college self, we promise it is way easier than a tequila shot! This is the most popular way.
• Coffee or juice mini-mix:
Swap the water for a small amount of coffee or juice. This is one of the easiest ways to mask the taste of the MSM. Make sure you follow taking it with more of that beverage or a glass of water. That will wash out the taste right away!
• Lemon water:
Adding a squeeze of lemon to your water can brighten the flavor and the acidity helps mask the MSM taste and follow it with some more lemon water.
• Honey:
Adding a little honey to your warm water can mask the MSM taste and follow it with a little more honey and a glass of water.
If you are taking it with OJ, we'd recommend just mixing it in w 1 oz of OJ then chasing with another few ounces so then you are only have 3-4oz of orange juice at a time if you are worried about that! The vitamin C in the orange juice also works great along with the MSM!
This product is beyond awesome for inflammation. I have been taking it now for about a month and I can actually sleep at night.The pain in my back and my hips is gone. If a product works... I want the whole world to know about it. If the product doesn't work, I want the whole world to know about it as well. You owe it to yourself to try this product. You will not be sorry. I’ve been taking MSM for around 7 months. I noticed a difference with the first couple months. Most notably, my joint pain and overall stiffness began to diminish and now I’d say I’m 99% pain free! Better energy, stronger hair and nails, my skin is firmer. Love this stuff!

I try a lot of different products and supplements but this one has made it into my regular rotation! I feel like it really helps me recover as an athlete. I’m very rarely sore anymore the next day after a workout after using this 1-2 times a day!
